Email support@back.dev. We read every message and reply as soon as we can. For account questions, write from the email address associated with your account so we can identify it.

Report a problem in the product

Select Feedback in Backburner, point to the affected part of the page, describe the problem or requested change, and press Send. The button is available on every screen and under Settings in the iPhone app. For back.dev, Backpack and Backdrop, enable feedback in your Back account first. Our privacy notice explains what information a report includes.

Your account and your data

• Download your data or delete your account at account.back.dev. Deleting clears your tasks, documents, files and share links.
• Can't sign in? Write to support@back.dev from your account's address.
